It looks cool, but I don't think this sort of thing is going to become the next iPhone until it feels and looks like a pair or stylish sunglasses. Way too bulky to expect people to use it as their daily device. People care too much about personal appearance etc.

But we're getting there!

Yup.

I make more money at my office based jobs, which includes meetings, answering emails, and whatever you expect from an office based job, but sitting down literally kills us, and the prospect of being able to work while walking with a straight back, looking up (as opposed to looking down at my phone) and have that Vision Pro well-thought out interface is exciting. Not in the current form factor, for sure, but then again, Apple does make smartphones, EarPods, and wearables and each come with its own SoC, so I do wonder how much of the processing power and hand/arm tracking and noise cancelling features can be offloaded to what you're wearing on your wrist (Watch) and ears (EarPods) and carrying in your pocket (iPhone) to make the AR glasses less bulkier.

In the end, I don't care if it's Apple or someone else, as long as someone continues to experiment AR and get us there, even though it seems a decade away from becoming real.
