I kinda like children, during family dinners (20+ people, yuck) and such I ignore all the adults and play games with some of my siblings children instead so I guess I like children in general more than adults at least. Children can be fun and smarter than one expects, but some of them can be bothersome after a while. |
I'm still here too, sorry. I don't wind up posting much on the main forums these days, but I can still sometimes be found commenting on game reviews on the main page and participating in the board's annualized events (top 50 games, VGC awards).
Anyway, munchkins. On the one hand, they're cute and can be endearingly impulsive and creative. On the other hand, they're a responsibility (hisssss!). On the third hand, I feel like my life is pretty full right now anyway and the kitty cat in my life (and also my pet feline) is satisfying my need for cute, so I think I'm good to just occasionally see kids with their own parents at the store and such rather than adopting one myself.
