AAA Gaming is alive, it's just not where most people think it is. A true AAA game is not just fancy visuals, it's the full package.
And I think this thread is spot on. In my opinion, games which release like buggy messes should not be given the courtesy of being called AAA.
I am sure these compagnies have QA teams stacked with people, but for money reasons they go with the release anyway.
The real problem with the industry at the moment is putting money first and disrespecting the gamers. If you think about it, it is the same root problem for microtransactions and non-risky rehashes. Different gamer-disrespecting issues, same root problem.
It's time gamers wake up and start putting these executives in their place. But the community is not united enough yet.
