Looks like the 7600 is a decent upgrade over the 6600.
The 4060Ti on the other hand is barely 10% faster than it's predecessor for the same MSRP, so you could just as well get a 3060Ti. Let's hope the 4060 can manage a bigger gap over the 3060, but considering the specs I don't get my hopes too high
