As far as the companies go, I would have to say Nintendo. They had their days of douchebaggery, but the company as a whole seems to have reformed their ways in the past ten years following the end of the Yamauchi era. Today, the company has somehow managed to become both overlord and underdog at the same time as far as the console market is concerned.
