Your expectations are unrealistic. This is currently PlayStation's best opening to a year since 2003. These "really bad" numbers are the two weeks that just pushed it ahead of PS2's 2005. PS4's best week 18+19 was 54k...
In it's peak year the PS2 was averaging 61k weekly in the summer quarter. 80-90k consistently was never on the table.
