This is pretty normal performance for any open world 3rd party game on PS4,

In fact the base last gen version holds up so well I'm convinced we've only touched the dip of the iceberg in terms of what developers will showcase on nextgen in a few years.

I thought most open world on ps4 would be 1080p and 30fps. 900p isn't really normal on ps4 I'd think
