I found it very interesting in that interview that he said that Starfield was in an earlier phase of production when MS acquired Bethesda than Redfall was
Edit: And thinking about it more, I think this statement should go ahead disabuse anyone of the notion that the next Elder Scrolls will be along any time within the next few years, if they still held said belief. If Starfield was really in an earlier production phase than Redfall, despite the former having been announced for YEARS prior to the acquisition...you not seeing Elder Scrolls anytime remotely soon.
