I legitimately don't understand the CMA's decision. If there concern is cloud, what more could Xbox possibly have offered to assuage their concerns than they already did? Xbox had already made 4 different 10 year Xbox and ABK game deals with cloud companies covering approximately 40+% of the Cloud gaming marketshare between the 4 of them. How is that not good enough? The only significant cloud gaming competitors who didn't get the 10 year deal were Sony's PS+ cloud thing and Amazon's Luna, and Xbox was open to at least putting ABK games onto the Sony cloud service but were rejected by Sony, that is on Sony, not on MS. Short of making an Amazon Luna 10 year deal, I'm not sure what more Xbox can offer the CMA on the appeal to get this thing through?
