A very unexpected sudden 33% boost to PS5 sales compared to last week.
Week 11: 64,869
Week 12: 40,411
Week 13: 38,964 (RE4 Launch)
Week 14: 34,677

So what happened here? RE4 seemingly provided no boost in sales on release, yet now two weeks later with no new games PS5 sales have risen again. Were there actually stock issues in Japan we were unaware of? Not sure on the answer but it's a surprising and puzzling results for sure. Either way great news for the PS5, was expecting a 28k-31k week and it to continue dropping each week till it reached around a 23k baseline.
