Well, it will create a new world order... one where Russia has become insignificant, both economically and in terms of military power. Plus they're draining their already lacking young population, meaning the population of Russia will drop sharply within a couple decades. Or in other terms, they're on the fast track to become an gargantuanly oversized North Korea, who only survives because it haz nukes. That is, unless it breaks apart from within...
in short, even if they were to win the war and annex the totality of Ukraine, they lost already more than this would give them back. Russia is dead, it's just too blind to see it yet.
