I think it says alot that we have to actually live in constant fear of our most anticipated 3rd party games going PS5 timed or full exclusive. PS5 owners don't have to live like this, Xbox hats at most 3 month deals on games like STALKER 2 and Ark 2, they don't go for 1 or more year deals on AAA games from some of the biggest publishers in the industry like Sony does, Sony fans don't really need to live in fear of mere 3 month deals.

Xbox is losing this console war not only in terms of hardware sales, but also through sheer demoralization of their fanbase. Xbox fans live in constant fear after Sony has managed to lock down so many 3rd party AAA's already in just the last few years. Just look at the way we reacted to the Baldur's Gate 3 debacle when we thought it was exclusive to PS5. And we will continue to live in fear over the possibility of games like Dragon Age 4, Mass Effect 4, Dragon's Dogma 2, Kingdom Hearts 4, Dragon Quest 12, Bioshock 4, and more skipping Xbox, as Sony has shown both a willingness and an ability to lock down exclusive deals on games of the small to mid size AAA tier.
