The Metroid Prime Remastered approach vs the Resident Evil 4 Remake approach

I haven't played RE4 remake. But RE2 remake was more impressive than Prime. Don't get me wrong Prime remaster was amazing and totally worth it. I swear the controls were different, I felt much stronger and faster.
