As a kid or a teenager, did you play games not suitable for your age?

Mortal Kombat. But after Trilogy on the N64 I kind of grew out of it. I still played some violent games but only if I thought the games had good gameplay or story or whatever. VIolence wasn't a deterrent but not a selling point either.
