That's not really a fair way of looking at it. He's up front about what stuff he's fully confident in and what he's not confident in like that article you shared. If he's fully confident about something then it's very likely to be true, his track record is that good. People trust what he says for a reason. It's good to be sceptical but dismissing leaks entirely is going overboard with scepticism.
