You can't get any VR for $200.  It's simply out of your price range and that's okay.  It took me years to get a PS3.  I was pretty young and didn't have $500 sitting around to get one.  Even if you were interested it wouldn't matter because this hobby is way out of your price range.  Financial responsibility trump's all
