Not neccasrily. Now that you have challenged Truck, he is not obligated to defend his position or move up in the ranks untill you finished you ranked matches. However, if he so chooses, Truck may accept challanges by people below him.

wait wait wait, are you saying truck could accept hells before he accepts me(which he already did) even though i challenged him first?

 

he must play you first, the only way you can skip an initial match is if there is a too long of a wait between fighters (more than 5 days due to various reasons).

Example: now, lets say truck challenged someone before you did. then you challenged him afterwards.  he then can choose to fight you first if he wanted to, but is not obligated.
