You do realize they release only 1 Super Mario 3D game per console usually, right ? And it's pretty much linked to the console itself everytime, serving as a tech demo kinda.
Super Mario 64 (relying on the N64 analog stick) - Nintendo 64
Super Mario Sunshine (and its dolphin shaped Delfino island) - Game Cube (project name Dolphin)
Super Mario Galaxy (relying on the Wiimote pointer) - Wii
Super Mario 3D World - Wii U
Super Mario Odyssey (relying on the HD rumble of the Joycons) - Switch
The sole exception being Super Mario Galaxy 2.
Unlike Zelda where 2 main Zelda per console isn't uncommon
NES - TLOZ and Zelda II
SNES - ALTTP
N64 - OOT and MM
GameCube - The Wind Waker and Twilight Princess
Wii - Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword
Wii U - BOTW
Switch - BOTW and TOTK
