Almost no chance. Nintendo have a long history of making sure their games run well and putting a lot of effort into them.
Pokemon was technically bad, yes, but GameFreak are separate from Nintendo (and they also have a long history of being pretty mediocre devs, so a dodgy release is actually the norm for them).
