I'm 7'0"/213cm, so most chairs don't fit me well by default, but being this large also comes with significant joint problems. It started with my knees, now my back is just as bad. I need flexible seating that adapts to me rather than me having to adapt to it. We got some of these task chairs in at work (I work in a corporate environment) and not only are the backs nice and flexible but the seats are sort of free floating and move with you when you lean back or forward. Works a lot better for me, especially as I like to lean back and stretch my legs out to keep my knees loose.
