There's currently Axon vs FTC happening which is largely about companies being sick of FTC's delay tactics and wanting the Supreme Court to give them the option of forcing FTC straight to federal court during the acquisition process, the decision for that is meant to come before June 2023 and I thought Microsoft might just wait for that (because SC is 100% going to rule against FTC) but I guess they're in a no shits given mode, Lol.

I mean yea...literally nobody thinks the FTC has any kind of case here, so why would MS give a fuck about them
