Chris Dring from GamesIndustry.biz who shares UK data very often said that HFW for example gets pushed a lot by bundles even in the UK. That means that without these bundles they wouldn't be anywhere close to where they are now. |
How much do you think bundles represent when it comes to PS5 software sales?
The only concrete data we got was from Chris Dring, during God of War Ragnarok's launch in UK, where bundles accounted for 12% of the PS5 versions sales. When you consider digital splits, as well as the PS4 version, this is a miniscule amount for its overall sales. I can't imagine HFW or GT7 having a higher % in terms of bundled sales. Currently, the GT7 bundle is ahead of the standalone PS5's on Amazon Japan. Do you expect GT7 to be in the top 10 for software next week?
