Fair enough, if there were Series S aplenty that could be possible. Certainly should be the majority since it was probably way more stocked up heading into the month.

To be honest the report had me assuming the Series would be under a million though, figure they might have mentioned it if it was neck and neck with the Switch or saw significant growth as well, but it wasn't mentioned at all. But maybe that's just reading too much into it.

Entirely possible. NPD doesn't provide enough data to really know for sure. We do have PS5 up by FAR a lot more than XS compared to last year. I wish NPD provided as much data as the UK monthly report as Chris provides total consoles sold, the order, and how much each console is up/down by %. That is enough to get really close to accurate.
