Yep, that's right. There were a few different radio stations, that played different music members of the development team recorded.

No idea why this hasn't been re-released, along with the London expansion and GTA2. Surely it'd make them a decent wedge? The 'looking down' comment was to do with the perspective the games are viewed from.
