Just CoD. And it will be 10 years after the current Sony marketing deal on CoD expires, which still has one more game on it, and since there is no CoD in 2023 due to the series moving to an every other year release schedule, CoD 2024 will be the final CoD on the current Sony marketing deal. So, first year where a CoD could potentially be released as an exclusive would be 2035, but assuming they stick with the every other year release schedule, there will be no CoD game in 2035, so 2036 would be the first Xbox could make an exclusive if they wanted to.
Also the fact that the Sony marketing deal lasts through 2024, and the fact that Sony typically requires marketing deal partners to sign a contract saying they won't release their games on a competing service (like Gamepass) for 1 year, means that the first CoD able to be day one Gamepass will be the 2026 one. 2022's CoD MW2 should be able to be added to Gamepass 1 year after release on October 28th, 2023, while the 2024 CoD also won't be able to be added to Gamepass until 1 year later in 2025. On the plus side, all older CoD's from 2021 backwards should be able to be added to Gamepass as soon as the acquisition closes.
