But it is true that a lot of people called for a shakeup at 343 for years and well, this is what it would look like, Lol.

Tom French, Stephen Dyck and Martin Deschambault were great. They also lost Sparth who was also great.

Don't really think we can say the Producers at 343 did a very good job though, Lol. So, I don't mind those leaving.

True but I feel when senior staff leave its a good thing.  The reason why as developers when you lose your spark and motivation its time to go to new ground to get it back.  Halo being a mature product, its hard to shake it up to much.  Do to much and alienate your current base, do to little and not grow your base.

Personally, I would love to see 343 give the reigns to another studio and let them reboot the whole thing.  Sort of how SSM did with God of war but I doubt that will happen.  Maybe it would be cool to let The Coalition and 343 swap IPs, now that would be interesting.  Let both teams reboot Gears and Halo might kickstart those juices agains.
