If the company which isn't the market leader can't get this deal through because it's supposed to be dangerous for a healthy competition, how can the market leader buy any studio at all then or buy games away from Xbox with full or timed exclusivity deals? With this logic, Sony couldn't buy or pay for anything anymore because it would push their leadership even further.
