Oh, is that Space Station Silicon Valley. Never actually played it myself, but I remember seeing a friend playing it a long time ago.

I remember my brother getting this game for Christmas one year. I gave it a shot and have enjoyed it every time I've played it since. A really quirky, unique and fun game.
