I keep forgetting to look/ask what Nintendo's digital % average is these days, so I am just going to say, I think Pokémon's first week in Japan is going to be 3.2 to 3.5 million total

I think that is a reasonable expectation. Splatoon 3 had 43% digital at launch. Around 40% digital, maybe a bit below that is what I expect, a bit lower than Splatoon 3 since it's not primarily multiplayer.
