Or maybe less, if they intended to have Jennifer Hale come in from the start. It's only a rumor, but I've heard musings that Jennifer Hale was intended to be the main character as the younger Bayonetta, with Taylor reprising her role as the original but having much fewer lines than the first two games. Less work would explain why the offer was initially lower than union standards and why Taylor has such a hateful attitude for Hale, since Hale was always going to replace her even before Taylor turned down the job.
