Switch > PS5 > Xbox. Not predicting numbers.
I pay attention to Sony's 1st party software rankings on PS Store monthlies to help me predict NPD rankings, which was partly why I knew PS5 may have outsold Switch in August. Their September rankings didn't look particularly strong (MLB and Horizon didn't even chart). Wouldn't surprise me if PS5 did outsell the Switch again though.
