This is such a weird test.
It doesn't really show us anything except how much power a GPU needs to draw for a fixed 90FPS. Of course the more powerful a GPU is, the less it needs to work to keep that FPS target. As such, this doesn't show us anything on efficiency at all unless you want to play games that could reach 100+ fps with VSync enforced...
