Limited to 125W they don't lose a lot of performace, but at 65W that's another story. The 7600X, and maybe the 7700X, being 105W CPUs, should see lower losses.

By the way, unsurprisingly, there's almost no loss in performance in any games tested except one, Far Cry 6 at 4K.

Yeah, PCGH made those tests also (calling them ECO).

While the loss in performance is quite visible in the charts, 65W is still enough for the 7950X to beat the 12900K, both in it's 125W TDP limit and stock versions.

That UHD Far Cry 6 test is severely bottlenecked by something. It's not normal that all the FPS drop from ~100 in 1440p to around a dozen in 2160p; probably needs more VRAM than the 3080 could provide.
