HU calls them out on their prices, while LTT is more forgiving, stating that TSMC has risen it's prices by over 20% and possibly over 30%, so higher prices were to be expected - but they still find the 4080s overpriced.
Both also call out NVidia on the 12GB 4080 and making it look like that's the only difference between both cards and consider that one to be more of a glorified 4070 to be able to hike the prices like that.
