I am doubting the PSVR 2 will be sold at a lost. Add on devices I do not believe are ever sold at a lost if anything it would be sold at cost. I see a price tag of 500 bones for this unit based on the tech on display. While I am still interested in VR, my experience with my PSVR 1 unit is pretty much sub par. It was a ok experience for me but never reach the level where I wanted to play it any length of time. The PSVR 2 sounds like it would change my mind so I hope I get to demo it before thinking about a purchase.
