No idea what the real numbers are but it should be obvious that they will be much higher as the estimated numbers especially for the whole of Ukraine. Official estimates are what? Like 15k civilian deaths in Ukraine? Russia completely destroyed whole villages and small cities in the first few days of the war before people could even flee. And millions didn't even leave the months after even with shelling around the clock. Real numbers will be horrible that's for sure. We just have to look at other wars to get an idea...
