Arrow shows in in which direction the camera guy looks so it's either some echo from buildings or they really fight already in the middle of Kherson and not only some outskirts...
if Russians have to fight against partisans in one direction and the military in the other direction it could be promising to retake Kherson the next weeks or whenever...
