Has Monolith surpassed Retro Studio as new Nintendo elite studio?

My take back in 2018, still holds up now. Even before 2018 going as far back as the Prime Trilogy I never saw Retro as an elite studio as people were saying because their best work had Nintendo holding their hand although DKTF is the best 2D platformer they were a promising studio but people were trying to compare them to Naughty Dog and such and painting them as Nintendo's crown jewel which they weren't even close to being.

They're so far a very lite version of the studio they replaced Rare.
