I've also done the same for many other games, Minecraft, Diablo, COD's, mostly multi-players. But there have been instances where I purchased a game at launch on one system and played it through, then have purchased the same game on another console that is the GOTY edition years later with all the extras, and I play it again and also get to re-earn all the trophies or achievements.
