Yeah, I#m currently playing the free Amazon Prime game "GRID Legends". It runs fine with 4K 60 fps in highest settings and my GPU only takes 100 watts.
When I start recording with Nvidia shadowplay, that doubles to 200 watts. I'm glad that I'm not a Youtuber.
