Correct. You can argue men and women brains aren't the same but even this is a stretch, as a non-standard woman can have a brain that is physiologically identical to one of the average man, conversely some man can born with a brain that looks like a standard woman.
I know I'm stating the obvious for any person who isn't Islamic, but seems like the Muslim fellow lives in a parallel universe where women and men are from different species.
Clothes were invented to protect humans from climate hazards, the way fashion and custom evolved is different based in whatever culture you are placed, hence any difference between males and females dressing is, by definition, cultural. Trying to find differences in gender to justify clothing is moronic, women in Islam dress like they do because this is how they were socialized to dress, not because they feel more comfortable or more in control, or any kind of delusion Muslim men creates to lie to themselves
