Anyone who thinks the English voices are bad have never heard the Japanese voices. Often times bad dubs are so common place that people believe the voices are worse even when they're better. No offense, but Japanese voice actors must have very little talent since it seems that almost all Japanese voices from Naruto to Sonic the Hedgehog sound exactly the same.

Hell, if you watch the Japanese Naruto and listen to the Japanese voices in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, below is a pretty safe assumption:

Naruto=Sonic

Sasuke=Shadow

Sakura=Amy (or Rouge, haven't listened to the voices in a while)

Besides that, I was watching one of the trailers wherein Kakashi does the Chidori, stabs Naruto in the chest with it, then flings him up in the air and stabs him several more times until slamming him into the ground (or something along those lines). And it took up about 1/5 of Naruto's healthbar.

Not that I'm complaining, just interesting.

If you think all japanese voices sound the same you really have no understanding of the language, and yeah, 99% of the time the Japanese voices are far better.  The only time I can ever think of English voice actors actually improving on the Japanese was Spirited Away, where they actually added something to the movie.  There are a couple times it was equal (which WoW mentioned above), but no other times it was better.

On the specials: They mentioned in an interview a while back that they didn't want people to wint he game on just special attacks.  It takes all skill out of the game.

FMA Had a better english dub, IMO, along with a few others that I can't think of at the moment

If there are ever any english words in a Japanese Dub, they are ALWAYS Slaughtered. (example: Death Note)

I wasn't talking about how they would or wouldn't win the game based on specials, but on how they are almost always made up and more DBZ-styled in the Ultimate Ninja games, and almost never go with what would or could happen in the series...
