I honestly don't see why people enjoy dumping all over NSO. For the price I think it's worth it. Even for the Expansion Pack. Especially if you do the family plan. Yes, voice chat is something that should be added but voice chat isn't a part of an online service's cost. It should be included at the system level or software level of each title.

If anything I feel there should be a clear communication between Nintendo and consumers on what legacy content will be offered on a month to month basis. They are really spotty with this. Sometimes they'll let you know in advance. Sometimes they'll just shadow drop them. If consumers are paying you regularly, then they should be kept up to date regularly. The new PS service will launch with nearly/over triple the games on NSO. I wonder why Nintendo wants to string people along waiting for new consoles and software to be added.

NSO is actually really similar to what PlayStation has introduced at least at the bottom tiers. But GamePass is still the best value in gaming. I don't even use it and I can admit that. You can't beat day 1 first party releases along with a ton of other really high quality games.
