I dont think Wii needs any game to dominate.Gimicky cointrols and a brutal marketing around those(many times tricking people into believing the wiimote effectively handles every action you make) is what is making it sell like mad.The games that could push this perception were things like Wii Sports and Wii Fit and are already out.The correct price helped a lot ,too.
Seeing as core games sell on the machine I dont think anyonye still believes the success of the Wii depends on great software as the PS1-PS2 or other consoles (Xbox,X360)did.
As the PS3 price goes down we will see a more even playing ground I think.But as Sony launched with a massive 600 price by the time it is at 250-299 it may be to late to recover the lost ground.
