That was exactly my thought. If this wasn't a successful formula, Polyphony, EA, Activision, etc. wouldn't be trying so hard to put these types of business practices into their games. We are minority on this topic and it makes me weary about Sony's future live service plans. If they pushed for MTX in a full priced game, I can't imagine what tactics they'll use on FTP live service games like the rumored Twisted Metal. Only games I'm interested in from Sony are their completely 100% single player games without MTX, and that's what I'm going to stick with. |
That's my thought. I officially stoped renwing my ps+. its small but its the only thing I can do right now.
