That mayor who has been illegally installed in the position as a Russian puppet needs to be charged with treason by the Ukrainian authorities as soon as they are able to liberate the area. Same goes for any other political collaborators.

Also the irony of her trying to pass it of as a "committee of the people's chosen ones" given the local populace are going to have zero say in the matter.

A "committee of the people's chosen ones" sounds like the old Soviet Poiltburo or the National People's Congress of China, a body of unelected hand-picked oligarchs claiming to represent the will of the people.
