Bringing people from Africa and some Arabic countries to Ukraine to fight against Ukraine and we as the West are scared about beginning the Third World War if we would give Ukraine some heavier equipment.

Sure, there are also many from around the world fighting for Ukraine but it's Ukraine's ground after all. They are obviously allowed to let people in their own country if they want to.
