On the UN votes.
Abstentions include countries in the Russian sphere or in its proximity, countries recently fucked by the West, and countries in the spheres of other abstainers - there are two surprises with South Africa and India. Then there are the obvious oppositions: Russia, Belarus, and Syria. Eritrea and North Korea are two of the three remaining totalitarian states left in the world, and shouldn't really be counted. Turkmenistan (the third totalitarian regime) will probably join against when they vote.
