Well Microsoft has a lot of Cash but they are bad at managing Studios and Strategy.

Apple Has more cash than Microsoft and Sony is the best as managing studios & strategy,if they both come together then it nullifies Microsoft's Cash advantage.

MS has already brought what they need so Apple jumping in would be alittle late. Also Apple and MS are basically equal when in comes to cash reserves. Also Apple would have no interests in Sony, they would only be interested in the PS division.

Also managing studios worse? Thats your opinion. The results lately show otherwise.
