From what I read, a group of former TellTale Games staff formed AdHoc Studio, and they are assisting with the development and publishing.  As far as TellTale Games brand itself is concerned, LCG Entertainment acquired much of the assests and licenses when TellTale was being liquidated.  They are using the TellTale name now for branding, but the CEO has stressed they have no ties to the management that ran the original TT into bankruptcy.
